Discuss with support team on possible software enhancement to increase customer satisfaction.
Leading and managing the project
Ensure project is implemented in the defined timeline
Documenting the project status on project management software
Update billing based on project completed task to Finance.
Ensure project documentations are in checked and complete, getting project sign off from clients.
Take part in the project implementation task
Work with clients to live the project in given timeline
In charged of all project documentations.
Communicate project plans and tasks with project manager.
Discussion with RND team on requested customization.
